Data, knowledge and security
We aggregate data from ERP systems, from production, warehouse, and maintenance management systems (MES, WMS, CMMS), and directly from the machines. We ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance, including NIS2. We pair this data with the plant's operational knowledge: technical documentation, procedures, work instructions, and communication history. As a result, an operator or maintenance technician can find, in seconds, the right way to proceed, the parameters they need, or how a similar breakdown was fixed years ago, instead of digging through binders and inboxes. Management gets the same clarity when deciding where to invest in capacity or which line to modernize next. In short, we turn data and knowledge into concrete decisions and plans, both operational and strategic. The goal is measurable: less unplanned downtime, higher OEE, fewer defects, and lower inventory, and, ultimately, a more competitive plant.
A unique mix of skills
We combine disciplines that rarely come together in one team: software engineering, industrial automation, and applied AI. Our partners each bring 25 years in their own field. Some bring theirs from software for banking, insurance, and finance, industries where rigor in working with data, risk, and security is non-negotiable. Others bring just as many years from production automation, specializing in the design, construction, and commissioning of robotic production cells, automated packaging and palletizing systems, and advanced internal transport solutions. That is why we are not a typical IT company trying to understand a factory from the outside. Our solutions are designed by people who genuinely understand the challenges manufacturing plants face, as confirmed by our deployments in furniture and wood-based panel factories.
